What if my items are damaged or faulty?

We hand pack all of our boxes to ensure they are in good shape when they leave us, however if anything is damaged or faulty please take pictures of the items and send us an email at help@bravepaw.co.uk to notify us of the problem. Depending on the issue we can send a replacement item or provide a refund, providing we have been notified of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

What if I change my mind and would like to return my items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of any food items if you have changed your mind. If your items are damaged or faulty, please send us an email at help@bravepaw.co.uk with the details of the problem and provide pictures where possible.

Should you wish to return any non food related items, you must return the items to us in resalable condition within 14 days of receipt of the item. Once we have received the item and assessed its condition, we can process a refund to your original method of payment. Refund times may vary depending on your payment method. Please note, the cost of postage in this scenario is the responsibility of the customer.
