Can I subscribe weekly, fortnightly or monthly?

At the moment our subscriptions are monthly. Subscriptions are available on 6 out of the 8 Bravepaw Boxes.

Our Puppy Starter Box (8-12 weeks) isn't suitable for regular subscription and as the 'Spoil Me' box features 'Candice the Carrot', we don’t think customers would want a new Candice arriving every month!.

You can also customise your very own box with Bravepaw ‘Pick & Mix’. However, Pick & Mix boxes don't have the ability to subscribe yet. If customers love the idea, we'll look to add the ability to subscribe to your Pick & Mix box in the future.

As a subscriber, can I change the contents of my box each month?

Initially we won’t be able to change the contents and customise Bravepaw subscription boxes, but it is an idea we are exploring for the future.

Due to varying stock levels, we may need to add a replacement product to your monthly subscription box. This item will always be of equal or greater value. This should happen rarely, as the majority of our core items are always readily available.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Head over to the ‘My Account’ area and you can pause your subscription for a period of time or cancel. We want to make all our processes as easy as possible for our customers.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

We will take a payment on the day you order your first box. Should you subscribe on that day to save 10%, we will set up a recurring payment from your nominated card to be taken the following month.

There is an item missing from my box what should I do?

We double check all our boxes before they close, however if we have missed an item, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and we will send a replacement. Please send us an email at help@bravepaw.co.uk
